Love this one. I am not sure what language it was written in. I do know that ancient Hebrew had no adjectives so what we call “color” today had to be done by using nouns. Hence:” The land of milk and honey ” to describe a fertile land. This translation sounds as though the linguistic history was somewhat the same. Sweetness is a noun in this passage.
