Cleaning Up After the Party

The cleanup effort begins at 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and continues through 7 p.m. on New Year’s Day. Workers, including JR Luna, clean the area between 34th Street and 59th Street and between 6th and 8th Avenues.
